Orange County CPA Tax Practice

The clients are diverse with several individual clients related to business and/or trust returns.  The practice was located on the Newport Beach/Irvine border until 2006 when it was relocated to Los Alamitos.  Since most of the clients are located in Orange County, it would be best to locate the practice in Orange County.  About 50% of the clients come to the office for tax interviews with the remainder handled by mail.  The current billing rate is $240.00 per hr. for all work performed.  This is not a practice built around low end/high volume clients, but a practice built with higher end clients. 53% individuals, 43% business returns, 3% trusts.
