The seller prefers a buyer who will lease the current building.  Approximately 50% of the clients meet with the seller at the office once a year.  The seller's hourly rate is right around $205/hr.  The practice is very customer service oriented. There is very little turnover of staff and the shortest length of time staff has been with the practice is four years. Birthdays are a paid holiday and the staff is a pretty harmonious group. The computer system is web based.  There are three outside contractors who are CPAs. One in San Antonio, TX, One in Phoenix, AZ and one in a small town in Ohio. They are used as needed. An owner could work from offsite locations some of the time due to web based system. The system is also semi-paperless.
